An all natural fresh turkey tends to cook faster than the ones you buy commercially . With our turkeys we recommend you cook them at 325 degrees and figure 15 Minutes per pound unstuffed. If they are stuffed then 20 minutes per pound. They also have pop-up timers that work great. be sure to let the turkey set out of the oven approx 20 to 30 min before carving they will slice better for you that way.
